Margarita was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and help with any questions. Her place was lovely and matched the description perfectly, it was great for children and she had lots of toys and pool floats in the house. Due to the location there were mosquitos in the late afternoon and early evening but if you used bug spray etc it kept most of them at bay. The walk was easy into Pollenca, 20 mins at most into the centre. There was a Eroski / Lidl 10 minutes walk from the villa as well. The upstairs room aircon was a little hit and miss but Margarita provided great fans to keep us cool at night. Overall the villa is fantastic, I hope to stay there again soon or at Margarita's other property in the future.

Han sido nuestras primeras vacaciones con nuestro bebé de 1 año y no podíamos haber escogido mejor lugar. Desde nuestra llegada ( Astrid nos dijo que podíamos llegar antes de lo previsto) nos quedamos asombrados por la belleza del lugar, naturaleza, flores preciosas, el sonido de los pájaros , las montañas de fondo, el olor a lavanda… como en una película!!! La casa preciosa, una decoración maravillosa y una limpieza que ya quisieran muchos hoteles de lujo! A la cocina no le faltaba detalle y cualquier utensilio que necesitáramos Astrid lo tenía! Nuestro pequeño se lo pasó en grande con los perritos y explorando la finca! Nosotros hemos visto atardeceres increíbles, hemos hecho unas barbacoas con vistas inmejorables y hemos descansado en la súper cama XXL! Astrid ha sido más que amable! Muy cariñosa y siempre tan atenta! Repetiremos seguro porque nos hemos sentido como en casa!

The house was very beautiful and clean, just like in the pictures. The host responded quickly and was flexible with check-in, which I really appreciated. Just a note for future guests: the location is quite remote and not reachable by public transportation, so a car is definitely necessary. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it to others who are traveling by car.

We (4 adults / 5 kids) stayed at Jaume and Pere‘s villa for one week and had a great tine. The house is a really good size with 5 good sized bedrooms. The garden is beautiful. There is lots of outside dining space (in the shade) and a fridge by the pool area which is a great idea! The pool itself has steps into a shallow bit which is great for younger kids. There are lots of nice beaches in the area and a couple of nice restaurants in S‘ Horta. Jaume and Pere are great hosts, before booking they quickly replied to all our questions and that remained the case throughout our stay. They gave us some nice recommendations for beaches, boat rides etc and were always only a short message away to help. I would definitely go back!

Die Unterkunft ist ein liebevoll renovierter Bungalow. Der Salzwasser Pool ist super zum Abkühlen. Tolle Lage zum Entspannen! Alles da, was man braucht! Die Kommunikation mit Mar ist perfekt, super schnell. Und Fragen oder Probleme werden sofort beantwortet bzw gelöst! Um den Pool wurde sich regelmäßig gekümmert! Das Haus von Mar ist ein wundervoller Ort! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren mit einer jungen Truppe vor Ort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Spa-Bereich und der Pool waren weltklasse. Die Lage der Finca ist gut. Circa 20 Minuten bis Palma. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man auf jeden Fall sehr flexibel und kann sich ohnehin gut auf der Insel fortbewegen. Von uns gibt’s auf jeden Fall eine absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen.

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für eine Woche dort. Die Finca ist erst ein paar Jahre alt und sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist top. Die Lage ist traumhaft, in fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Arta. Sebastià und seine Mutter sind super nett, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

Maison très propre, très bien équipée, confortable et accueillante. On se sent comme chez soi. Le nécessaire de base est fourni (épices, produits d’entretien, etc.) La maison est idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants, le terrain parfaitement clos, des zones ombragé et plein de plantes à découvrir. La piscine hors-sol et le poulailler sont un véritable atout. Tranquillité absolue. Les commerce de Can Picafort sont à 15 min de voiture (Aldi, Eroski, Lidl) 50 min de Palma. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We as a group of friends loved our stay in this lovely house in Mallorca! Everything went very smooth and the owners are very responsive. We used our car to get around, which I think is a must when staying here since it is quite far from any restaurants or supermarket. The location is great if you like to plan trips to the beach or a hike in the mountains, and perfect to chill afterwards at the pool.

La villa est très calme, le barbecue et le four à pizzas sont top ! La piscine est grande et le mobilier est bien fourni (transats, plusieurs tables, parasols etc). Les lits sont confortables. Une plage est accessible à pieds (15min). Sinon la voiture est indispensable pour se rendre aux commerces de proximité, mais les temps de trajets sont courts.

Sehr, sehr ruhige schöne Lage. Genau dass, was wir gesucht und gebraucht hatten. Das Haus, die Terrasse und der schöne Pool haben uns tolle und entspannte Tage ermöglicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Der Kontakt zu Guillermo war ebenfalls sehr gut, wir benötigten einmal Hilfe wegen des Stroms und Guillermo war innerhalb von 10 Minuten vor Ort.

Die Unterkunft Can Fred von David ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist top. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man von dort aus viele schöne Buchten und Strände an der Ostküste einfach erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Felanitx innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar! David als Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Für mich war es die erste Air BnB Buchung und ich hab mich dank ihm dabei unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Die Finca selber war auch ein Traum, sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, sowohl für grössere Familien, als auch Freundesgruppen zu empfehlen. Die Nächte waren ohne Klima zwar etwas warm, allerdings waren die Räume mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet, welche gut geholfen haben. Der Pool und die Außenanlage, war natürlich das Highlight. Dort kann man ohne Probleme den ganzen Tag geniessen ! Rundum gabs aus unserer Sicht keine Kritikpunkte und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Vielen Dank, dass wir die wunderschöne Finca benutzen konnten. Die Umgebung von Santanyi ist traumhaft und bietet alles für eine fantastische Ferienzeit. Die Finca war gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten drinnen und draussen zum essen oder einfach ein paar ruhige Momente zu geniessen. Cati&Paola waren sehr zuvorkommend und einfach zu ereichen.

Beste Francisca we hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad in jullie prachtige huis! Het huis is ruim, licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren maar met zijn 2e en konden gemakkelijk verstoppertje spelen, zo groot en ruim! Buiten een heerlijk zwembad en ligstoelen en zelfs een buitendouche. Het huis ligt rustig en afgelegen, maar op een kwartiertje rijden heb je goede supermarkten en andere winkels. Je hoeft echt niet persé weg, want de locatie is top! We hebben heerlijke uitstapjes gemaakt naar alle hoeken van het eiland. Fijne tips van Francisca en ten alle tijden bereikbaar voor vragen ect. Wij kunnen dit huis van harte aanbevelen en wij komen zeer snel terug. Helaas is het bijna volgeboekt voor de rest van het jaar. Wij hebben genoten. Liefs Meine en Jaap

I was at Cesc's farm for a 'workation' and it was just the perfect place for it. I worked by day next to the swimming pool and in the breaks and after work I was able to instantly relax. This was because of the beautiful farm with swimming pool, the nice kitchen, all of the lovely animals and the great nature around the farm. Francesc was an incredible host in every way: super kind, responsive and gave a lot of tips. I would recommend everybody to go here if you're looking for a nice and relaxing getaway.

Studio indépendant, bien équipé et décoré simplement et avec goût. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine partagée car la météo d'avril était un peu trop fraîche. Joanna et son mari etaient très accueillants, et merci à Alexandro pour être venu nous chercher à l'entrée du village d'Arta (en travaux). On recommande vivement le restaurant "Sa Gripia" a Arta. On a passé un super séjour chez Joanna et la région est riche en belles randonnées agrémentées par des criques superbes.

Wir (meine Frau und ich, sowie ein befreundetes Pärchen) waren für einen Wochentrip auf Mallorca in Lorenzos Finca. Bereits beim Betreten des Anwesens (ja, so muss man es nennen :)) waren wir hin und weg. Der Pool ist noch größer, als auf den Bildern erkennbar und wirklich alles in dem geräumigen Wohnhaus ist blitzsauber und weitestgehend sehr modern eingerichtet. Überall hängen zudem Insektengitter, sodass wir nachts vor den Mücken verschont blieben. Wir haben uns eine Woche wie zu Hause gefühlt. Super Grill, überragender Pool, gemütliches Wohnhaus. Für uns war es ein voller Erfolg und wir würden definitiv wieder in die Sa Punta kommen. Über all das hinaus, waren auch die Gastgeber extrem proaktiv und super freundlich. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und Saft, sowie der Mallorquinischen Spezialität „Empainada“ empfangen. 10/10 wenn man auf Mallorca völlig entspannen will! Danke an unsere Gastgeber :)

Ein wunderschön, idyllisch gelegenes Anwesen. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben die Ruhe genossen und den tollen Pool genutzt. Es sind viele Schattenplätze vorhanden, das hat uns gut gefallen. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Außerdem war der Gärtner Fernando extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!!

Francisca and Jaime absolutely Perfect Stay – Pure Luxury and Relaxation! From the moment we arrived at the villa, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the place. The setting was stunning – peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The pool was a highlight — crystal-clear and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space!! Our host was fantastic — warm, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. They even gave us great recommendations for local dining and activities. We truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a serene escape with top-tier comfort and hospitality, this villa is a must. We’re already planning our return!

Der Aufenthalt in Veronicas kleiner Berghütte war unvergesslich. Im weiten Umkreis gibt es nichts außer Olivenbäumen, Eseln und Schafen. Trotzdem hat die Hütte alles, was man braucht: Heißes Wasser, einen Holzofen, ein angenehmes Bett und eine mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtete Küche. Und sollte man den Tag nicht mit Wandern, Klettern oder Spazierfahrten verbringen, kann man exzellent im Garten oder am Salzwasserpool liegen und die Ruhe und den Ausblick genießen. Gut fahren sollte man allerdings können, um die Bergstraße hinaufzukommen. ^^

Vicenç ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und sein Haus ist traumhaft schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder! :-)

This stunning farmhouse was probably one of the nicest airbnbs we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was gorgeous inside and out. The swimming pool was fabulous and our little boy enjoyed playing in it for hours. The house is located near lots of beautiful coves, beaches, villages and town so there is plenty to explore. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Tolle Unterkunft, genauso wie auf den Bildern! Alles war sehr sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in fünf Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt oder am Strand. Barbara war sehr nett, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.
