In addition, within the property and upon prior request and for an additional fee, there is a separate house that includes a large bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, plenty of natural light and direct access to the outdoor areas distributed throughout the property.

A short walk from the house are the main areas of interest of Santa Eulalia del Río, shops, and restaurants.
