We’re in love with Menorca, and our home is a reflection of everything this wonderful island has to offer: beautiful sea views, peace and quiet, and unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Renovated house in a modern and functional style, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the southwest coast of Menorca, Cap d'Artrutx, just 7 km from Ciudadela, (12 minutes by car), BUS stop, near 65 Enjoy beaches close to home, Calan Bosch 800 meters away and Son Xoringuer 1.6 km away, or if you prefer, enjoy the pool and incredible sunsets, in the ChillOut of the house. 15 minutes away, walking, is "El Lago", with (Restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, boat rentals, etc.)

It has 3 suites with a bathroom and ocean views (one of them in the tower). 1 double room and one bunk bed for 4-6 people, who share a bathroom. House completely renovated in 2020.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

From the terrace, you can see the typical Menorcan white houses of Playas de Fornells framed by the sea and in the background, Cabo de Cavallería and its impressive lighthouse. An idyllic place where you can admire spectacular panoramic views of the sea; a real treat for the eyes that becomes especially unique during sunset. The apartment is located just a 5-10 minute walk to Cala Tirant beach.

Located in the heart of the Calan Forcat complex, this detached villa has very easy access to the coast with Calan Forcat cove and is very close to Calan Brut. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
