La casa es de nueva construcción, de estilo mallorquín, realizada integramente con materiales de la isla, en planta baja se encuentra la cocina , el salón comedor, dos dormitorios y un baño. This well-kept Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet but central residential area of Cala Mandia directly opposite a nature reserve. Three beautiful sandy bays are within walking distance in about 300 m. All are beautiful and well suited for children. Cala Mandia's beach has received the blue flag for particularly good water quality. You can also easily walk to the numerous shops and restaurants of the well-kept place.

In our great beach house you can chill out by the pool, go to the beach and enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the evening you can sit nicely on the large terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone.
