This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

This well-kept Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet but central residential area of Cala Mandia directly opposite a nature reserve. Three beautiful sandy bays are within walking distance in about 300 m. All are beautiful and well suited for children. Cala Mandia's beach has received the blue flag for particularly good water quality. You can also easily walk to the numerous shops and restaurants of the well-kept place.

In our great beach house you can chill out by the pool, go to the beach and enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the evening you can sit nicely on the large terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone.
