Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is totally fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family getaway or with friends. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! Clean and organized environment. Check-in at the correct time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. We had an issue with the power outage, but I was promptly in contact to be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. On top of that, it increased our check-out time due to the incident. If you are looking for a quiet, well-kept, comfortable and welcoming place, I recommend it with my eyes closed
