This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. Famous for it’s large wild beaches, beautiful landscapes with centuries-old pines trees, high cliffs and golden sunsets. A project by Casa Mua - Meco Casa Sal is a self-catering and non-serviced accommodation suitable for independent travelers. The cleaning of the house, bed linen and pool is made once a week.
