The house was renovated in 2023 (it was built by a native), and I only improved a few necessary things. On the island there are only tractors and quadricycles (which cannot circulate in the middle of the Villa. If you come by car, you can take the boat in GRACIOSA. Parking nearby. On the island we only have a cesspool and an open dump. It is strictly forbidden to throw PAPER/TISSUE down the toilet (expenses will be borne by the guest, without exception. The two en-suite bedrooms have air conditioning. And there are Bedroom linen and towels.

The outdoor area is surrounded by balconies with a dining table and hammock. The sea breeze makes the house airy and cool all year round, with Morere Beach a 10-minute walk away.
