A luxury, private, beautiful landscaped accommodation with guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a heated pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, a 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, a parasol, a barbecue (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

Phenomenal stay. The view is priceless along with the dining room and grill. Everything included. Strongly recommend this air b n b for an unforgettable vacation in Floripa.

We stayed at Ribeirao because we had a wedding at Villa Casarao. The house is about 100 meters from the place. We even went on foot. Simple but very good house with everything we needed!

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. The house is amazing! The view is perfect! The Jacuzzi was key! The house is excellent in every detail. We went on a cold weekend and there were blankets for everyone! A delight! The only thing that differed from the quality of everything else was the beds and mattresses. We'll be back for sure

The place is incredible, the house is simple and extremely cozy, we went in search of escaping the hectic routine of everyday life and there we had privacy in a calm, peaceful, quiet place, at night we only heard the waves of the sea and at dawn we could see the sunrise, which is beautiful from the pier. It even rained a little at night, but during the day there was a beautiful sun, which made the place even more perfect.

Excellent location, we were very well attended to by the host. The landscape around the house is indescribable. We were greeted by Ana Paula, the house was very clean and fragrant, and Ana Paula surprised us with a wonderful homemade cake. Everything was perfect and whenever we return to Brazil we will book the house.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things on hand such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the close access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The photos published on the site fully correspond to the reality of the space. Airy apartment, bright, well equipped and very quiet, as expected and sought. The beach is 100m from the beach. As the ap attended to what was on the site and that I was looking for, I did not need to contact the host, but when it was necessary at check in and at check out, everything happened in the best way.
