In the center of the Venetian Dolomites, a few kilometers from Cortina d'Ampezzo and Misurina, Pieve is an ideal base for summer walks in the Dolomites or to reach the ski slopes in winter. Ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay, the apartment can accommodate two people in a warm and welcoming environment.

It is in Alleghe centre,it is in a quiet and panoramic location just in front of Alleghe lake, 150 m. far from the square and 350 mt. from Civetta gondola. Outdoor parking place, elevator and ski room with ski-shoe dryer or bikes deposit. The apartment has 2 double rooms, a living room with divan bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, internet wi fi.

Apartment located 8 minutes by car from Cortina d'Ampezzo, nearby the Mosigo Lake and 2 minutes from the centre. Very close to the Dolomites cycle path. Ground floor composed of living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom (2 separate beds on request) and a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with all comforts such as oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, wi-fi, washer-dryer. Large covered garage with ski room, bike room and electric car charging area.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
