You won’t forget your time in this memorable place. New RV featuring a bunkhouse with a lower full size bed with 2 upper bunks. Master has a queen size bed. Kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also includes a single-cup keurig, a toaster, and dishes. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage and comes with washcloths/bath towels and hand towels. Outside includes an outdoor shower, griddle, and mini fridge. We are dog friendly. Unfortunately we can not host cats.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Separate, Private Guest House in

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. Cheerful 2-bdrm Cottage, treed backyard, lake view

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom.
