The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the pictures. And the host was super helpful with the necessary information for the stay. Check in and check out were very simple, the apartment was super clean and with all the necessary resources and utensils. The neighborhood is excellent, close to everything and with many options of restaurants, markets and pharmacies a few minutes away. I highly recommend it, and will definitely be back more often!

Simply perfect, André quickly answered all the questions and even recommended a snack delivery, and just before I arrived he realized that there was only 1 towel in the apartment, he ran before I arrived to put a second towel, and signaled to me in real time. Super organized and beautiful environment, I felt at home! I will definitely return and will indicate.

We had a nice stay at Paula’s place for one week. It is on a high floor with a beautiful view of the condominium, beautiful at night with the lights around the swimming pool. The apartment is well equipped, has an air fryer, comfortable bed, good TV, strong showers. We would visit again. Thank you

Marcelo's apartment is excellent and is in the heart of Bairro Bom Fim, an extremely safe neighborhood with many restaurant and café options. An incredible apartment option in Porto Alegre. The parking space is very good, with no problems to park. Communication with Marcelo was excellent. I highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it's a good idea to make a good purchase! Everything else was perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.

The space is very cozy, well located and Lucas is attentive and responds quickly. A tip: bring soap, as there was none. I recommend it.
