An excellent stay, everything very clean and tidy, Evelyn and her family were very concerned, always looking after the concern, always with a bag of firewood and when we arrived the cabin was warm, a natural environment, the plot itself is beautiful, with a small stream that passes through the property, everything beautiful, very good access by both roads both to go directly to the volcano, and to go to Pucón and Villarrica, very quiet to rest at night, zero noise. Excellent opportunity to meet and enjoy, Evelyn's parents are lovely 🙌

Getting to the place was very easy. Impossible to get lost. The directions were very well provided. The place is wonderful! I couldn't have picked a better place for my vacation. Great space, nice pool, very good size of the main room, which has a window to go out to a small balcony that has a view of the garden, surrounded by fruit trees… wonderful. The house comes with everything you need for cooking and the pots and stove are in excellent condition. Impeccable. The location is excellent. It only took us 6 minutes to get to Pucon by car. We loved it and we will definitely be back to the same cabin. Why risk choosing another place if you already have a winning place! Many thanks to Pablo for his kindness and for taking care to have this place so well equipped to rent.

An absolute luxury. Waking up to the volcano, imposing. Much larger than what you see in the photos, it seems to be next to it. Felipe, a divine. He responds immediately and is very flexible in everything. His parents who run the place, two loves!!!!! Every day they left firewood for the fire, they worried about the storm that was going on, they gave recommendations, super respectful and available. I would come back a thousand times more. The Wi-Fi for work is excellent. I watched Boca matches live, had meetings, worked, and never had a problem. Lujo.

It is a beautiful and quiet place, ideal for resting. The cabin has everything you need for a good stay, we would definitely return.

The cabin was in a glorious location and communication was easy as the owner was only a few hundred metres away. The only slight downside for us was the lack of wi-fi (which we were aware of) as it would have been very useful, being international travellers in a fairly remote region. The cabin was clean and well presented

We let ourselves be carried away by the publication and the photographs that describe the place... we were not wrong and it is much better. The house is very comfortable and functional, it has everything you need for a very good stay without having to look for anything outside, spacious areas, kitchen with everything, and fully connected, which allowed us to work without any problems and connected at all times. We were looking for a cold experience, and we had a good one, rich forest, with firewood at hand. The spectacular environment, in the middle of the native forest with plenty of space to walk and breathe. Close to the volcano (snow very close) and a few minutes from Pucón, very close. Special point for the hosts, Moises and Marcela who were always attentive to our stay and gave us good communication and support in what we needed. In short, we were very happy with Lorena and Nala.

a beautiful place, with access to the river behind the cabin that found it magical, and the thermal baths are nearby. His family is very friendly, with the possibility of eating in his restaurant ahead, the cozy cabin, with just a few details such as a loose handle in the bathroom, but nothing that opaque the pleasantness of the stay, with fluid communication with the owner, always attentive. I recommend it 100%.

The proximity of the hot springs is what led me to choose the cabin. The environment is very pleasant, it has Starlink satellite internet which surprised me a lot. I really emphasise the cleanliness of the rooms as the sheets were new. For me, it's a really important detail. The cabin is just like in the photos.

A very quiet place. Close to parks, ideal for going out trekking. Close to Lake Caburgua, hot springs, etc. Very good location for what we needed. Ignacio was attentive to any questions. Highly recommended

A dream place to relax as a family and connect with nature, next to downtown and thousands of other beautiful places to visit: jumps, pools, hot springs, etc. The casita is perfect, it is being inside the native forest, very cozy, and close to everything. The kids loved her and really enjoyed taking mini walks in the forest and being close to the river. Chantal was very kind at all times, responding to each message very quickly. We will definitely return to the "Casita del Bosque"

Everything is too beautiful. The cabin located in the middle of the forest, has everything you need. The environment is very nice quiet, accurate to disconnect from the city. The river is awesome, the photos are short with what one can see. Alejando was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful cabin in a spectacular setting. Hernán is always very attentive. We had a problem with the water and Hernán didn't stop until he solved it. I recommend it

I think this might of been one of best air bnb experiences ever, cesar + his family and his FANCY chickens and dog were just so friendly. he gave us recommendations and showed us around and were very patient with our terrible Spanish. just so lovely cant recommend enough!

It's exactly as the photos show. Easy access even on rainy days by car not too high. Very quiet and private environment, although it is a shared entrance condominium. Cabin ideal for rainy days. Car is close to downtown quickly but on foot there are no nearby places to stock up. We didn't meet the host personally, but he was always on the lookout for Whats App messages
