The apartment is new, has high-speed internet, a double bed and a sofa bed, thus being able to accommodate up to four adults. On request, we also have a crib and high chair available. The building has a movie theater, laundry, gourmet area, fitness center and a covered parking space per apartment! We'll make your stay a unique experience!

We are in Botelhos-MG, 50 km from Poços de Caldas. The space is ideal for those seeking proximity to nature and at the same time comfort. The entire place will only be available to you and your friends, including outdoor areas. We (7 suites and 1 bedroom) being 6 with air conditioning. 30 people are carried in beds/bicamas. Township with whirlpool, sauna, fishing ponds, garden and orchard, elastic bedding, bedding, table and bath linen, except pool towels. We included the COOK service.
