Great house in a very beautiful area

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Simply perfect. Carlos' bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even nicer than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail designed to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was spotless and the natural light coming in in the morning makes it even more special. But the best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the Sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host - friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

We loved our stay at this home. The location is excellent, in a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for resting. The views from the terrace are spectacular, perfect for enjoying both day and sunset. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The decor is beautiful and cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the first moment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Cleaning products are included. We thought it was very nice to find a bottle of fresh water in the fridge when we arrived. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, with a table, chairs and a hammock. The apartment includes practical details such as an iron and beach chairs. Parking in the same block is very convenient, and the facilities (gym and indoor and outdoor pools) are in perfect condition. The host was very friendly and the whole process was very easy.

Highly recommended accommodation, my girlfriend and I had a perfect weekend in this accommodation. The area is very beautiful, surrounded by magnificent beaches and leisure just a few minutes away by car. Perfect for a getaway for those looking for tranquility, privacy and options to visit very interesting sites. Both Thais and her family have been very nice and helpful to make our stay as good as possible. 10/10

The cave is super cute and with cool details.... And there was olive oil!!!! The spectacular mountain views and the Alpujarra almerian is a place to discover! Journey to rest, be quiet and enjoy nature and simple things.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

Charming apartment with lovely pool just a short walk from the beach and several great bars and restaurants. Supermarket conveniently located 1 min away. Mojacar is stunning. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!

The place is just like the photos and the description. Mario was very responsive and available. You definitely need a car if you stay here, but the good thing is that Almería and Aguadulce are less than 10 minutes away. The pool area is very nice with a great view. This place is a gem.

We had a great time in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable condition, highly recommended and I will definitely be back, it's great. The owners are very friendly and the service was charming.

We spent some amazing days in Carmen's apartment!!! On the beachfront with all the amenities possible . The beautiful black village, we are in love ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you Carmen for being always available for us to need it.

Everything was great, Ginés was always attentive and responded quickly. The house is very comfortable and nice. Everything was new. We were very comfortable

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We loved the atmosphere

We had a wonderful stay in the house with my husband and 8 year old son. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, nice open view Elisa was very responsive and adorable with us. We strongly recommend their listing Thanks again!

Perfect place to spend a few days relaxing. It's next to everything and at the same time it's very quiet. Highly recommended.

All I can say is that we had a great time, I'll definitely be back. I came years ago and the place already seemed spectacular, magical, now we add this little house that has been like ours because of how comfortable we have been, because of more reason.
