It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

A COMPLETELY EXTERIOR HOUSE, WITH A PRIVATE GARDEN OF 500M2, IT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROMANESQUE CHURCH AND ON THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN OF THE VILLAGE, SO IT HAS EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE VALLEY. EASY PARKING AND ACCESS. IN THE GARDEN THERE IS FIREWOOD AVAILABLE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A FIRE IF YOU WANT IN THE CHIMNEY. IT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN, HEATING WITH RADIATORS IN EACH ROOM. IT IS AN INVERTED PENTHOUSE THAT OVERLOOKS THE GARDEN, AND THE TOWN SQUARE THROUGH THE OTHER ENTRANCE. VERY SUNNY AND COMFORTABLE.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

All the apartments in which the house is divided have free access to the private Terrace-Viewpoint of the accommodation. Park in front of the house. 3km from Vielha and 15km from Baqueira. We have two very similar apartments (Dreta i Esquerra), between the two they have a capacity for 10 people.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Can Comella

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
