The apartment is as it appears in the photos: comfortable, well-equipped, clean and very well located. The area is quiet, ideal for resting, and at the same time it has everything nearby: subway, supermarkets, bakeries and several shops. Excellent connectivity for getting around the city. The host was very kind from the start, with clear and quick communication. He was also very flexible with the schedules, which is very appreciated. A very pleasant stay, I would definitely come back.

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

The listing is as it appears in the photos. It is in a great location, the neighborhood has many amenities and is well connected to the city center. The living room and the room overlooking the street are very bright and pleasant all day. Some equipment and fabrics would have to be renovated, but for the price paid it is a great solution! Rodrigo and his wife were excellent hosts. SUPER flexible with the check in arrangements as we had somewhat conflicting schedules. Their place was exactly as described and I had everything I needed. They were very responsive and prompt to help with any question I had. Also very flexible with checkout time. I strongly recommend their place to stay in Caballito Buenos Aires.

The apartment was perfect, just like they posted it. It is well located, it is accessible since it has close to different local means of transport, the Subte line A is very close so if you want to sightsee it is very good since it goes straight to Plaza de Mayo, the cathedral and other center of interest. It is close to Calle Rivadavia which gives the possibility of having access to different gastronomic places and a good shopping center.

We had an incredible stay in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. As a super-host myself, I can tell you thar this was a great value with excellent hosts. I hope to return many times over.

We loved our 5-night stay! Highly recommended for everyone who likes to explore Palermo, Villa Crespo and Chacarita by foot. Very comfortable and stylish apartment, equipped with all you need and more. Felt very peaceful and quiet, with the luxury of a small garden in the city. Large bedroom with comfortable bed, lots of storage and AC. Nathalia was very responsive, friendly and thinking along with our needs.

Lovely spacious place that has everything you need for a family with kids . We especially liked the availability of a full laundry in the apartment and the perfect filling of the kitchen ! We stayed in this apartment for a week and are returning to it for another month . The living room is great for longer stays .

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He left us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organised, he explains how everything works. And I'm always ready to answer any questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The staff at the entrance are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
