First floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Access to the lake via an asphalt road, approx. 300 meters – about a 7-minute walk. As the crow flies, it's 100 meters. A lake with a small jetty and a breeze. Fenced plot, barbecue area, children's house, fire pit plus wood, trampoline, swing. Wi-Fi speed about 20Mb/s, due to the proximity of the lake, poor coverage. Poor cellular network coverage. TV: basic channels.
