Vlad is an honest and responsible owner, he met us, gave us an introductory tour of the city, and told us about local features. The accommodation turned out to be better than in the photo, very spacious, clean, all the necessary items for living were present. Your property's patio includes a grill and a small gazebo. Shops and cafes are 1-2 minutes walk from your home. The most gorgeous beach is a 5-minute walk from the house. Liquor store 30 seconds away. Everything is comfortable and accessible. I highly recommend this property and this owner!

My family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Margo’s property - very private, very large functional bedrooms with fans, air conditioning and private ensuites, plus a separate fully self contained 3rd bedroom. A beautiful pool, 24 hour security onsite, daily house cleaning by Ester. And the dogs were super friendly and great company. If you like football, pack your boots and enjoy a game with the locals on the pitch next door. If you like tapas or just really good food - recommend having dinner at “ To Be” which is approx 1km from Margo’s. Couldn’t find fault with the accommodation or the lovely Margo as a wonderful host, who was available, responsive but also gave us total privacy.

Jungle villa is the best place to stay in Paje, probably in Zanzibar. Everything comes together to make for a wonderful stay. The pool is a highlight with amazing lights for the best moments at night. Shout out to the detail in the design. A lot of attention went into making this place. The design overall is also quite muted, not a lot of distractions... a focus on doing right the things happening. Jasna is also super responsive and helpful. Make sure to get the bikes out for some good memories around the space. A+ overall.

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at this beautiful villa exceeded all expectations! The pristine, large pool and stunning property were truly impressive, but what really made our experience unforgettable was Barbara, the amazing host. She went above and beyond, even arranging our airport pick-up and drop-off, making everything so easy. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here – it’s a perfect getaway!

This spot was exactly as explained on the app. It was great value for money, we loved the option of being able to self cater & they were very well equipped for it. I could even have my morning smoothie! The area is quiet & peaceful. The house is comfortable with aircon & even though Zanzibar has blackouts on occasion the generator immediately kicks in & the wifi has its own separate power so that stayed on. The wifi overall was mostly good only going down briefly which was a regional issue. Juli was friendly & very responsive if we ever asked for anything or had any questions. She gave us a lot of local knowledge which really helped. We became particularly fond of one of the local cats & although he was a stray Juli kindly said she will see what she can do to feed or home him as we became very attached. We would most definitely return!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the home was exactly like the photos if not better, we were welcomed with them most helpful, hands on, amazing staff. The location as well was perfect right on the beach and close to everywhere in Jambiani, would recommend this place if you are planning to come to Zanzibar !!

Zanzilywood is good place for those looking peaceful surroundings in an isolated location. The grounds include a pool and store with all the items you need. The apartments are very spacious. If anything is missing, the hosts are quick correct the situation. Moreover, the host can arrange for your transportation both near and into Stonestown. I was satisfied with my stay.

All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

Beautiful home in the middle of nature. Recently built Manuela's house is very comfortable and its garden with pool very nice! Manuela and her team are very attentive so that everything is pleasant during the stay. Note that the house is a 12-minute walk from the sea. A beautiful walk on a small path lined with palm trees.

We rented a two floor apartment at Villa Mina for a month. It was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from both balconies were spectacular. There were loungers and beds to use which gave a little extra privacy from the beach sellers. Lots of choice of nearby restaurants. Breakfasts were excellent with coffee and freshly made fruit juice, fruit, eggs to order and a variety of pastries and breads. There is a swimming pool that can be used about a 5-minute walk away, which my girls enjoyed. Mina and everyone there are very friendly and will help with anything you ask. They made us very welcome. It felt like a home-from-home, only with a spectacular beach in front. We would love to return and hopefully will!

The house is big, well built and located in a very peaceful, quiet place, not far away from the ocean. The house was good enough equipped and with the 24/7 watchmen who also took care of the swimming pool being cleaned. Raphael was in touched and resolved a couple of issues we got while staying there. All together gives me a strong reason to recommend this house for a stay of either single traveller or a family of 4 members maximum.

If you’re looking for a place that combines tranquility, art, and warm hospitality while keeping you close to the action, this is it. This is the one & I’ll definitely be back special thanks to the staff here. they are incredibly friendly, informative, and always eager to help, making the stay even more special. Chef Ahmed’s food is nothing short of mouthwatering.

Lorenz was very responsive and accommodating, particularly when we expressed concern that the whirlpool is inside and cannot be closed off. we have a 3 year old who sometimes wanders at night and we were worried he would get into the pool while we slept; Lorenz offered to drain and cover the whirlpool for us. the beach is lively and clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly. lots of restaurants nearby on the beach. the house staff is very friendly and helpful. the washer listed as an amenity was not available but the staff took our laundry and washed and dried it for us.

Very nice place in a prime location right at the beach. Amenities and cleanliness are very good. The terrace, which is just a jump from the Indian Ocean at high tide, is unique. We have not seen any other accommodation in Jambiani that provides such private access to the sea. At low tide, you can still lie down in the existing hot tub😎 There was a power outage twice in the ten days we were on site, but this was promptly picked up by a generator set. Hakuna matata! What made our stay that bit special was Barau, the local manager. He lives in the neighborhood, is always available and a very helpful, friendly and accommodating person. He cares very well for his guests and reliably helps to organize all kinds of tours, whether on land or water. In addition, Barau and his wife Zuhura offer very good authentic food at absolutely affordable prices. So definitely try it!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

The house is very spacious, located in the middle of the village, not far to the beautiful beach. Kitchen equipped with basic stuff (frigde is a plus:)). Wifi could be better (not always available, poor signal). Workers always ready to help

Amazing place to relax. Beautiful, clean beach. House offers everything you need. In high tide the waves come up to the steps of the house. Love it! Plus the house is run by a property manager who is very willing to help with anything you may need. Highly recommend. Better than any of the hotels to the left or right... No one else offers a front door that opens directly to the beach. I came in rainy season which just means you have a few hours a day where you can enjoy the view from your veranda or go for a massage next door or to a restaurant only steps away. On the other hand you have the beach to yourself. So rainy season is perfectly fine in this house! This place is definitely worth the price. I have been to many of the "top beaches" worldwide, but this was the best beach/relaxing beach vacation so far!

The accommodation is exactly as described and really close to the beach. staff from the restaurant were very helpful and Aloha gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do. A cute place and great low budget option. 🤗

Me and 7 other friends stayed here for 1 week and had a great time. We were a bit skeptical about not having a swimming pool, but a 1 minute walk by the beach and you can find Bahari which is great for food and The Loop which is great for swimming in pool (its free). We made an agreement to when the maids were supposed to clean wich was also great for those who like to sleep long. We had some difficulty finding the villa since we used our own driver, so I would recommend using the villas driver or set your google maps to Bahari Pizza Resturant to get there safely with your own driver. Overall the stay was great with a 10 minute drive to Paje city center, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zanzibar:)
