Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.

Located in the Quaint village of North Falmouth, yet close to beaches, this one-bedroom Apartment is a great place to relax. It has a tiled walk-in shower and heated floor in the bathroom. The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, cook top stove, and a Keurig coffee maker. The pool is not heated and is open seasonally (July 1 - Labor Day) Very private location.
