There is a chain market 300 meters away. You can reach the Long Beach area in 5 minutes by car, the center of Iskele in 5 minutes, the Bafra casino and hotels area in 20 minutes, and the center of Famagusta in 25 minutes.

The villa is set on the outskirts of the village of Iskele on the north east side of the island, close to the city of Famagusta. It is approx. an hours drive from Larnaca airport and 40 minutes from Ercan airport. This is a large detached 5 bedroom villa with a good sized private swimming pool (unheated) in the garden and a built in barbecue area. 1km to seaside and 1.5 km to nearest beach.
