Come and enjoy your stay in a little oasis nestled in the timbers of New Brunswick. Perfect for the outdoors person who enjoys being one with nature. Walking, hiking, and ATV/snowmobile trails located on our road. Ski Poley Mtn only 5 mins away. We are located very well to enjoy daily trips to the coast. The Fundy Parkway is located 25 mins down the road, east entrance. Hopewell Rocks in Fundy National Park is 70 mins, with the beautiful town of Alma breaking up the drive for a lunch break.

Welcome to 11 Doherty Lane in the beautiful Waterford Valley. We are located just 100 yards from Poley Mountain ski resort. The property also has private access to hiking, biking, snowshoeing, N.B. snowmobile & ATV Trails. The space is the entire bottom floor of the house which includes your own private bedroom, bathroom, entrance, living room and bar area. The bar area includes a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and toaster oven. It is not an ideal space for cooking meals.
