We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Come relax in this 1912 built original estate with lots of rich history. Tastefully upgraded yet still holds the older home charm with a perfect mix of old and new. Dual rain shower heads in a MASSIVE walk in shower, plenty of space for kids and adults alike. Don’t forget the POOL, perfect for cooling off after one of Chico’s many summer events! SO charming!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .
