It is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom gourmet area. The lower part of the house has a barbecue, industrial stove and duplex refrigerator with bathroom. The site is on the banks of the Jacuí River. It has a deck with a kiosk and a shower by the river. Wonderful river for swimming and sport fishing. We have a kayak, stand up paddleboard. It has a ramp for speedboats.

The house, which we affectionately call Casinha.W, offers comfort, relaxation, good taste, coziness and autonomy. It is located on a site that has belonged to the family for over 50 years. We honor our dog by naming this space after him: Woody! The house is simple and charming. It offers well-being, tranquility and leisure. Casinha.W is a property that offers contact with nature, but at the same time, is close to a reasonable commercial infrastructure: market, pharmacy, bakery, etc.
