Ca Xuacu, La panera

Ca Xuacu is a set of four rural apartment in Asturias, one of them is "La Panera". We have a near beach (400 m away), private parking, internet access, garden of 4000m2 and Padel court. History of Ca Xuacu. In the end of XVIII century a country family establish in this land. They had some money saved from their years of work in Cuba and Latin America, with this money they built a very grand looking country house. It had stable in the first floor and people lived and met in the second floor, this structure show the great economy of this family in this times, they had a high status house. In the 1900, the new west wing was constructed. They built a new kitchen and new living room bigger than the old living room. Also in this time they construct a "panera" (typical Asturian construction), under it, they had a forge and later a stable for little animals (rabbits, chickens...) In 2000 Jose Luis, recognizing the value of this construction, starts the reconstruction to build the four apartments. All the process was made with hard work and keeping the original style of the construction. He works with stone and wood as first materials. Five years before he started, in 2005, the apartments was opened. Now, people that spend their vacations in Ca Xuacu are numerous, and all of them have share experiences with us. Tiene unos espacios que os permitirán estar en pleno contacto con la naturaleza, una zona de abetos y magnolios centenarios, los frutales y la zona de la barbacoa cubierta. Nos gustaría compartir con todos vosotros este sitio tan especial y acogedor para familias numerosas o escapadas de amigos. Estamos empezando e intentaremos que nos os falte de nada.

Clásica vivienda de principios del siglo XX completamente restaurada. La vivienda se distribuye en 3 plantas. La planta baja consta de cocina, sala de estar, aseo, porche y lavadero. La primera planta se distribuye en 4 dormitorios y dos baños. La tercera planta (abuhardillada) se distribuye en 1 dormitorio, distribuidor despacho y baño. Se admiten mascotas y se encuentra rodeada de una finca cercada para disfrute y tranquilidad de sus huéspedes. Vivienda con muchas ventanas que aportan claridad. Electrodomésticos y mobiliario a estrenar.
