Holiday rentals with a patio in Busanjin District

The host was super responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out time. The place was very clean, organized and modern and smelled really nice. We enjoyed using the amenities at this place especially the terrace. We had a great time and would highly recommend booking this place!

Last year, I used a two-room Airbnb in this building with my friends, so I had a safe and good memory, so I set the location for this solo trip and looked for it. Then I saw this place, and the appearance in the photos is just neat. But I really wanted to go here because the reviews were all so good in all aspects. I checked in around 12:00 at night because I was going to get off work at 7:00 in the evening during 2 nights and 3 days. As soon as I arrived in the room, I was greeted by a moderately cool temperature and soft music, so I felt so good. Thank you for providing cool bottled water! The view beyond the large window was also refreshing, so I was able to relieve all my fatigue. I used the washing machine once, but the dryer was all-in-one, so it was so convenient. This trip was only in Minrak without moving. 5 5 5 Watching Netflix at night, taking a nap in the room during the day, and taking a walk (I recommend Minrak Waterfront Park Trail!), I went shopping (go to the Minrakgolmok Market, it's close by) and eating delicious food, so it was a trip to recharge, but I chose the accommodation really well! And the boss keeps checking in on you? Thank you for doing it. It felt like a pension. Thank you. It feels like a place that is definitely managed!! Those of you who have traveled know that there are places that are not managed. This place doesn't have a great view of Gwangan Bridge. I should say that it's the starting point, but I mainly see boats. So I liked it better! And for those of you who are tying it here, I wish you had stayed for consecutive nights. The sunlight coming in during the day is warm. It's a really nice house!! And when I go to sleep, I lock the auxiliary device and close the middle door. I slept really well in the bed.Everything was great. Suggestions are photos inside the house I think it would be nice to take it again. It's pretty. It's the same, but it's much prettier. And since it's a studio, I think a lot of solo travelers like me will come, but there's an auxiliary lock on the front door, but it doesn't look like it's attached in the picture. I think it would be better for mixed travelers like me if you put it in the picture. And I think it would be nice if there was a fan. Anyway, I'll come again~

It was very quiet in the evening because it was located in a quiet residential area, and there was a convenience store on the first floor, so it was very convenient above all. There was a small traditional market within a 5-minute walk, so I was able to enjoy a variety of Korean food, and it was good to feel the local atmosphere. The accommodation was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. All the necessary items are provided, so you can stay comfortably without any inconvenience. I was also grateful that the host Seung-ah was very kind and communicated quickly. I highly recommend it!

I came to play with Gijang and stayed because the photos of the accommodation were beautiful, but it was also as good as the photos, so I rested pleasantly before heading out:) I also enjoyed the toast I had at the cafe in the morning ~ ~

I got it on the recommendation of a dog friend. I have a house in Busan, but I have a long schedule in Songjeong. I visited, and I was so satisfied that I added consecutive nights, and it was a great place to welcome dogs and medium-sized dogs without prejudice! My puppy is only for outdoor defecation and is only staying in the accommodation, but other places do not accept it, so I am so upset. I was so thankful and happy that you accepted it without asking any questions! All those traveling with dogs, come here! I used to insist on only places with a yard There is Songjeong Beach right in front, so you don't need a yard, and it's even better because it's cheaper!! The view is amazing because the square-like terrace and the living room's front window have a view of the Dadapoha Beach. I was amazed to find such a large and exclusive accommodation in front of the sea at Dadaepo Beach. It was so nice to relax with my family. It was a pity that I only stayed one night because it was the last day in Busan. I haven't been to Dadaepo Beach in a while, but air guns are installed along the way, and there are new trails and flower paths, and it's much better than before. After eating, I walked on the beach and flower path in front of the accommodation, and I heard the sound of music loudly, so I saw it and it was fantastic. It turns out that the famous fountain show in Dadapo is almost every evening. I want to come back next time. Dadaepo is the best place to stay with family!!
