The most beautiful feature of the place is the view of the lake and it makes you feel alone with nature. The house is just in the back, as in the pictures, there is a section that is off limits to guests. There are houses on both sides, but there's a distance that feels comfortable and free. The design of the garden, sitting area, etc. is stylish and simple. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a person who does her best to make you comfortable. Also equipped and friendly. You'll love it when you get to know it. Everything was as nice as we expected during our short vacation. See you again…

If you are looking for silence and peace, everything was available and very tidy, everything was available and very tidy

The location was really calm and a clean business away from the noise of the city, the heated pool was really bigger and warmer than we expected. It was a great experience to warm up in front of the stove. In this way, a closed area in the garden and putting a stove in it officially added a separate room atmosphere, and we spent almost all our time in front of the stove. They didn't even pay for wood, usually a lot of businesses. Omer who greeted us was also very kind and helpful , thanks for thinking about everything. We highly recommend :)

We had a great stay at Ali Bera’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean — truly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in — and very well-organized. It felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful and the surroundings are lovely, perfect for a quiet getaway. Do note that the road leading to the property can feel a bit sketchy at night, though it’s still drivable. Also, there are no supermarkets, pharmacies, or shops nearby, so it’s best to come prepared. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a cozy and spotless space!

the ideal place for a peaceful weekend away

The location of the house is almost lakefront and very nice. The amenities in the pictures and descriptions are all available. You can have a pleasant time in the garden. There is no natural gas in the house, but there are many heaters and it is quite enough. We went with 3 couples for a total of 6 people. Apart from the living room, it is a great advantage to have 3 separate rooms in the house and each room has its own toilet bathroom. It was one of the places we would choose again. Also thanks to the host, Ms. Defne, for her quick and helpful communication.

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.
