Mansion holiday rentals in Burnsville

The home was everything we anticipated it being! There was ample space and visibility of the mountains and nature! We absolutely plan to come back. We practiced yoga and simply relaxed. There was a minor issue with being disconnected from phone services, however there was a land line to call in the am to get connected to the WiFi. Would not have been an issue, however I was working remotely. It was a very quick fix. The home was well stocked and just a peaceful space you won’t want to leave! There is a Dollar store 30 min. out. Asheville is 1 hour away and has grocery stories. I wish there were only 3 things I could create a wish list on. A hot tub, a room with a treadmill, yoga mats or even a stationary bike- the sunroom with the Mountain View’s would be perfect-omit the table and chairs and lastly have a level where twin beds are on the same floor as a big bed, so that little kids are on the same level with adults. This is a MUST book! We will be back! I miss it already.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain lodge. The views from every room of the house are spectacular and we had everything we needed for a winter getaway to the mountains. The location and proximity to both Black Mountain and Asheville are ideal for eating out, shopping, and exploring these great towns while also giving a quiet place to retreat to. The hosts were very responsive during our stay despite it being the holidays and we would stay with them again.

We had an amazing couple of days, the location was beautiful. The small hike to the water fall was definitely a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this picture perfect, peaceful retreat to families as well as couples. Gustavo and Isabel were extremely kind to let us arrive a few hours early as our drive was shorter than expected. Thank you for the hospitality.

What a truly beautiful and relaxing stay we had at Longhaus! Our family of 5 (and dog!) were super comfortable and we all agreed the home was maybe one of our favorite Airbnbs. Having two teenagers who had different ideas for spring break, the home and location accommodated that perfectly. The hosts were always very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect to get into Asheville and of course the great town of Mars Hill. Longhaus was also great for all the cooking we wanted to do, especially loved making pizzas in the pizza oven! Thank you so much for opening your home to us and we hope to stay again.

Definitely , a great place to recharge , forget stress and enjoy nature with all the comfort you have at home. Will recommend this place all they long. My fam loves it and we will be coming back soon. Near a lot of attractions. Really great host . Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing stay! We had 10 in our party & everyone loved it! The driveway is a well maintained gravel road. The beds were comfy & the whole place was very clean. Brian was incredibly responsive & helpful. The dining table & water feature are truly a work of art, it creates such a fun atmosphere during dinner. Boone & Blowing Rock are both so close & awesome places to walk around. I hope we all can come back soon!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning, and the cabin was very spacious. We appreciated the freedom to move around and enjoy the game room and chair massage. We will definitely rebook this cabin in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat while attending our daughter's wedding in Boone. The home is beautifully furnished, cozy, and perfectly located with easy access to both Boone and Blowing Rock. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and spending time on the spacious outdoor decks — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The host thought of everything, and the property felt like a true home away from home. We can't wait to come back again!

Great stay!

House was extremely clean and very secluded (which we enjoyed). It is a little bit off the highway, but a great property for two families. Beds were comfy and plenty of space to relax after a long hike!

This beautiful home was VERY well equipped. We went to the area to celebrate Mars Hill University graduation and Mother's Day. The house was clean and comfortable had everything we need plus more. All of the amenities worked perfectly-hot tub, pool table, grill, fire pit...and all were used with much enjoyment. The hosts were proactive and responsive and communicated well. The view of the mountains was absolutely amazing. A nice little welcome gift from the hosts was also very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this home and these hosts. Thank you, thank you!!!

Our family had a lovely stay. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was spotless and the views were absolutely beautiful. Getting in and out was no problem at all. The hosts are super responsive although we had no issue at all and the beds were amazing to sleep in! We would absolutely come stay here again.

Wonderful stay, easy to find, great layout, very peaceful surroundings. We came up for the week of Thanksgiving to visit family close by. The floorplan was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is very comfortable. And the views were peaceful and pretty (we didn’t spend much time outside because it was very cold). However the hot tub was AMAZING late at night. The stars were unbelievable! If you cannot sleep on a very firm mattress then this house would not be for you, the beds are VERY firm. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we loved our stay, and look forward to booking again!

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

The view of the lake from the living room is one of the best in LandHarbor. The house is very well equipped - everything you need to enjoy, cook, a covered patio, and comfortable beds. I will be back again!

We had an amazing time! From white water rafting to cooking s’mores, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, and fishing in the trout pond, it was such a great mini-vacation! The only suggestion I’d have is maybe adding a second TV in the downstairs bedroom—my teenager was hoping for one. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to get the AC thermostat to turn on downstairs (user error) , but thankfully we didn’t end up needing it. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay! We made great memories and truly appreciate it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a very cozy cabin with some of my close friends, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and cozy living area. We especially loved the fireplace, which added a lovely ambiance during our evenings together. Surrounded by beautiful nature, we enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the breathtaking views. The location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we left with wonderful memories. If you're looking for a cozy getaway with friends or family, this cabin is the perfect choice!

I cannot recommend this property enough! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by how clean and spacious the home was. It was impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully cared for. The layout was perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and it felt like a true home away from home. The cleanliness stood out the most—everything was spotless and fresh, which made the stay so much more enjoyable. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining their property to the highest standard. Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

Great place to stay. Very clean with lots of games and things to do inside when not enjoying local attractions.
