Located2.6 miles from Sunset Marina & Restaurant where you can rent jet skis, boats, kayaks, etc. get ice-cream, dinner, or swim/layout on the beach/park area, grill out or enjoy playground & facilities.

Enjoy your stay in our tiny home with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & laundry. Look out off the front porch at our peaceful sweeping front acreage, including our winding driveway and 10 acres of hay fields. 2 adults (and 1-2 children that can sleep on a floor mattresss) can fit snuggly into our mini cottage. We hope you enjoy dogs, we breed them & have many running around (Lando, our massive Anatolian Shepherd, is likely to greet you with a few warning barks, but he is the sweetest boy.)

Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening.
