We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

The house in which I invite you to stay is located in the center of the village, in picturesque streets. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
