Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
