Holiday rentals with a patio in Buna River

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

The apartment was perfectly located! Right by the beach with amenities/restaurants nearby. It was clean and cozy. Free parking right outside the building! Liza was a lovely host and very helpful!

The description for Mara’s apartment is spot on, it is simply breathtaking. The views of Dubrovnik, the sea and lokrum island are sensational, the photos don’t do it justice. The apartment is very big and modern throughout, everything was perfect for our stay. It’s an easy short walk down the stairs to pile gate and uber/bolt are cheap options for getting back if you prefer avoiding the climb. The host Mara is very friendly and responsive and came to welcome us, show us the apartment and provide some recommendations. Highly recommend - best place we’ve ever stayed (we were sad to leave!) 숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Amazing stay! Place is beautiful, the view is beautiful and the patio is nice and peaceful. About 20 minutes enjoyable walk to old town. Place is very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and gracious to let us check in much earlier than we thought!

Väldigt trevlig, tillgänglig och vänlig värdinna. Fint, rent, städat, otroligt fin utsikt från balkongerna där vi kunde se solnedgången. Kan rekommendera starkt.

Drago was communicative & even though he was away for the day his lovely mum was very helpful and warm in check in. Location was close to the old town (bare in mind it's on a hill so roads are a little steep on the walk down) Apartment was very clean and balcony spacious.

We voelden ons direct thuis in het gezellige en schone huis van Anna en Ian, gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, en het huis is met zorg ingericht. We hebben genoten van het huis zelf, de bergen in de omgeving en vooral van de hartelijke gastvrijheid. Anna en Ian zijn zulke lieve mensen – warm, behulpzaam en met leuke tips over wat er in de buurt te doen is. Een heerlijk verblijf!

Wir waren zu sechst übers Wochenende in der Villa – und es war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Gastgeber Alen war super zuverlässig und hat immer schnell geantwortet – ein wirklich toller Gastgeber! Das idyllische Dorf hat mit seinem Charme und der Geschichte an jeder Ecke begeistert. Auch die Lage ist top: In nur 30 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Mostar, Blagaj oder bei den wunderschönen Kravica-Wasserfällen. Klare Empfehlung!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Tertemiz bir konaklama ve güzel bir tatil deneyimi sundular. Özellikle ön geniş balkon çok kullanışlıydı zamanınızın büyük çoğunluğunu balkonda geçirdik diyebiliriz.

This was my favourite flat on our trip to Europe. We booked a pick up. The driver took us straight to the flat. The flat was exceptionally clean. And it was thoughtful to prepare food for us. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a very large balcony. The whole town can be seen. This was really so perfect. It was also very close to the beach. As we were checking out in the afternoon Luko was also kind enough to let us check out a few hours late. This flat made our travelling experience in Dubrovnik a perfect score.

Es war einfach perfekt! Die beste Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor und eine super tolle Wohnung mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin! 10/10!

Å komme inn i denne leiligheten var som å åpne døren til en bortgjemt perle i et ellers litt kaotisk nabolag. Vi følte oss hjemme og godt mottatt med én gang! Balkongen er nydelig, og vi tilbrakte mesteparten av tiden i Durrës der. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt så en av kveldene laget vi middag i leiligheten og den andre dro vi på en av de lokale anbefalingene vi fikk av Erjon. Det var pakket ferdig en strandbag og stoler som vi kunne ta med rett over veien på stranda! Så utrolig koselig! Det var frisk frukt på bordet og vin til velkomst. Virkelig forseggjort. Erjon svarte alltid raskt og delte tydelige induksjoner. Dette stedet er et must om du skal besøke Durrës!

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
