Beachfront holiday rental in Buna River

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

In het appartementje is echt aan alles gedacht. Giovanni en Ana zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. De home made likeur smaakte geweldig, terwijl we op het balkon genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de zee. Het enige minpuntje is het lawaai van het verkeer op de weg, maar het fantastisch uitzicht vergoed veel! Binnen en op het terrasje aan de bergzijde heb je daar geen last van.

Vi var to voksne i huset til Nikolina i syv dager. Huset er lite, men helt nydelig og autentisk. Med vakker utsikt over bukta. Huset ligger ikke like skjermet for innsyn som vi trodde, for det er to hus på hver side samt brygger ganske tett opptil Nikolina sitt hus og brygge, og det er en sti fra nabohusene som går rett ved siden av utedusjen. Men hvis du er ute etter et stille sted, så er dette perfekt. Rent og pent. Og et lite uthus med vaskemaskin. Da vi gikk tom for kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen, sendte Nikolina kaffe med ferjen.

lovely stay, v relaxing and beautiful property in a wonderful location. irena was v welcoming and super helpful and took the stress out of airport transfers by booking taxi for us. she has a lovely eye for detail.

Comfortable bed, loved the 2 bathrooms and A/C in both bedrooms + living area.

Beautiful apartment, well appointed and clean. The views from the balcony are simply outstanding and the location is perfect. We would stay here again.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Le cadre est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est superbe. La maison est très bien décorée. Je ne peux que recommander cette location ! Les échanges avec l'hôte était facile et rapide.

We loved our stay at La Boheme, in a Steve McQueen themed room, with it's own deck and outdoor furniture as well as a terrace and small pool shared with other apartments. Beautiful views, and near Dubrovnik Old Town. Lots of restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket nearby. Apartment has everything needed although could perhaps have more storage for clothes. There is no toaster but a kettle, two ring hob and fridge. We cooked breakfasts and a few evening meals with no bother. Host Kristina was very welcoming and super helpful, and always available. The apartments are also serviced every other day, which was great. We had a brilliant time and would recommend La Boheme. We loved Dubrovnik but be prepared for lots of steps! Walk the walls of Dubrovnik Old Town. Lokrum Island is worth visiting. Also, take a boat along the coast to Cavtat - it's lovely.

De locatie van dit appartement was geweldig, recht aan de zee en op wandel afstand van het strand, de restaurants en winkels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de omgeving en hadden een aangenaam verblijf in het appartement!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf die Bucht von Kotor. Perfekt für ein Pärchen geeignet (wenn man, wie wir, mit Baby reist, sollte man wissen, dass es zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum keine Tür gibt). Toller Pool und privater Steg ins Meer. Nena & Čedo sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Autominuten von der Unterkunft entfernt.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)

We had an amazing stay at Kevin and Diana’s. The apartment was brilliant, we loved the way it has been designed, it had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. Both the apartment and grounds were spotless. The pool and kitchen/living room area were something else! A few days we had the pool to ourselves and it felt like a private villa. The location of the apartment is perfect with a 10 minute walk into Old Town. Diana looked after us well during our stay, keeping in touch and providing fresh towels and bed linens mid week. We will be recommending this apartment to all our family and friends, and hopefully we will return ourselves.

Wir sind nach Montenegro gekommen und hier für 3 Wochen Home Office sogenannte Workaction zu machen. Und diese Unterkunft war unsere letzte Station. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt, es ist super viel Platz, der Außenbereich ist fantastisch, der direkte Zugang zum Wasser unglaublich schön. Das Internet ist irgendwann ausgefallen und Anne hat direkt jemanden vorbei geschickt mit einer SIM-Karte so konnten wir problemlos weiter arbeiten. Es war einfach perfekt und der perfekte Abschluss für unsere Reise. Direkt gegenüber war ein kleiner Laden in dem es alles gab was man brauchte, so haben wir eine Woche lang diesen Ort nicht verlassen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Lovely home right on the water. Perfect for relaxing. Very detailed instructions on how to operate anything in the home. Also has a very good guide to the local area.

The description for Mara’s apartment is spot on, it is simply breathtaking. The views of Dubrovnik, the sea and lokrum island are sensational, the photos don’t do it justice. The apartment is very big and modern throughout, everything was perfect for our stay. It’s an easy short walk down the stairs to pile gate and uber/bolt are cheap options for getting back if you prefer avoiding the climb. The host Mara is very friendly and responsive and came to welcome us, show us the apartment and provide some recommendations. Highly recommend - best place we’ve ever stayed (we were sad to leave!) My first ever experience of Airbnb but I wish they can all be this way, Srdjan is the most friendly, helpful, accommodating host and he cannot do enough for you, at one point he even offered to leave work to help us with luggage when he realised he would not be able to see us off. a cosy beautiful place with a stunning view and everything you could wish for from a host. This accommodation is an oasis of tranquility. Be ready for steps and be mindful of where you need to take your luggage, but hey you're in Dubrovnik what do you expect! could not recommend this host enough. Thank you Srdjan!

Amazing spot for a quick getaway. Close to the local activities in Dubrovnik, and had in home amenities for evening downtime. Hot tub was perfect for sunset viewing. Host was amazing and gave many recommendations prior to arrival. Would stay here again!

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights in June. Apartment was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. It’s a wonderful place for two couples. As noted, there are a lot of stairs to get down to town. Despite the heat, we did only taxi back up once. It’s a great location and only about a 7-10 min walk down into old town. You can also skip some of the stairs and walk a little further in the road. Antonia was a wonderful host and met us to show us where to park and give us our keys, and show us around. A nice touch as we saw other people wondering around looking for their place and no idea where or if they had parking. Would highly recommend this Airbnb.
