This home is 1 mile to a 24 hour gas station/mini mart and a couple of miles to a grocery store and fast food restaurants and about 5 miles to the San Antonio International airport. Walking distance to the subdivision walking path, beach style volleyball, and children's playground.

We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away.
