Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

At home, enjoy BBQ on the grill outside on the patio. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
