Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bullhead City

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

My family and I stayed about eight days, Bill was extremely accommodating. Gave us ample time for a late check out. Although a bit dated, the home is beautiful, spacious, and homie. only downside was the pool was not cleaned, and the grill was completely filthy, but with a little bit of love to the grill and a phone call to Bill who had a pool guy rush over to get it cleaned up. it was all good. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bullhead was our midway point between Las Vegas in the Grand Canyon and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Bill.

My friends and I stayed at Jose’s air bnb bc we were in town for a high school softball tournament. It was perfect! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The home was clean and comfortable. Jose was a great host, allowing me to contact him directly if we needed anything. And most importantly, affordable!!!! See you next year!

I’ve stayed at Elena’s place twice now and it’s the only place we plan to stay for our lake trips. We feel right at home. The place is extremely well-maintained, super clean, and in a great location. Elena is also extremely responsive and kind. My kids love the garage game room!

Very beautiful home. You can tell they take pride in their house and love having people come experience their property they have worked hard for. It is in a notice peaceful area of a busy river, making it feel like you’re some of the only people there.

A great introduction to living in Arizona! It fulfilled my requirements of no carpeting and even my preference for a gas stove! it's a great location in that it's close enough to Uber to the gym and grocery stores while being close to my job in Ft Mohave! Plenty of natural light kept the place cheerful and the Ring camera security feature made me feel safer.

This is our second time staying here! We love it! This place never disappoints! Everything is close by and this place is relaxing and feels like home! Definitely worth it!

Stephanie is a great host, she’s super responsive and helpful! Her place was super comfortable and the river is literally a couple seconds away from the place ! Perfect stay and great price for the amount of days we stayed !

The home was amazing! Better than the photos! Jamie and her family were there, as well, and they were very accommodating, friendly & kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place with a beautiful view. We loved it!

I use to live in bullhead city years ago. when I rented the airbnb I did not pay attention to the address. but years ago we lived in the apartments. so it was a nice throwback. it's close to everything.and you did a great job fixing the place up. Thank you

The condo was exactly as listed . Wonderful communication from the host. Steps from the river. Water taxi to casinos available from the doc right outside the condo. Highly recommend.

This place was beautiful and peaceful! We we're sad that we had to leave. Jeff was a great host, and responded quickly! Our favorite thing about the house besides the backyard was the HOT shower and shower head! AMAZING! That's if you are a HOT shower person. You won't be disappointed in your stay!

We had a great stay! The location was fabulous! A 5-minutes drive to the Laughlin casinos. Centrally located between Kingman and Oatman, and a nice drive to Lake Havasu. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for the four of us. The shower pressure was wonderful and the bed was super comfy!

I would stay here again. There is a bottom unit and that wold be great if you are traveling with another family. The down stairs unit patio is very comfortable and nice for a bbq plus very relaxing. The family who rented the unit invited us to hang out. The top unit has two private balconies that are very comfortable where we enjoyed wine and appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood. We were very close to the river, casino, convenient stores, gas station, and local restaurants. I’m looking forward to rent this place again. Highly recommended!

Everything was as advertised. Host was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Recommended I Love Tacos which was very good. I would recommend anybody who wants to stay in Laughlin this is a great place to stay!
