Beautiful house off the parkway in newer quiet neighborhood. 55+ community. At least one person 55+and no one under 21 unless prior approval. Gorgeous mountain views from front and back of the home. Enjoy entertaining in the private courtyard or relaxing in the hot tub. Walking trail behind home leads to clubhouse & pool (unheated). Brand new outdoor kitchen. We decided we couldn't keep this to ourselves and decided to open it up to families looking to create treasured memories during their trips to the river. Pool, spa, plenty of parking for all of you desert toys, plus nestled on a quiet but convenient street, the house has it all. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.
