A traditional Queensland home on the doorstep of all that West End offers. Our home is a restored 1920 timber house. We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

The property is located less than 300 meters from Oxford Street which has a fantastic selection of cafes and restaurants. It is also an ideal base to explore Brisbane, as it is only a short walk to the Bulimba ferry terminal - not to mention various transportation options. The property has a great outdoor area that has a very private garden and has been furnished to a very high standard. There is also secure parking for one vehicle and free parking on the street if you have additional cars.

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
