The property is set within a wooded park featuring rare tree species and a forest spanning several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Profitez de ce cottage de charme, situé dans une propriété d’un hectare avec piscine, court de tennis (abimé…) et terrain de pétanque, près des régions viticoles de Sancerre et Pouilly, dans le village de Bulcy. Cette petite maison a été entièrement rénovée et est située à côté de notre maison, construite sur les restes d'un château dont subsistent trois tours datant des XIe et XVe siècles. On accède à la propriété par un portail électrique, et le stationnement est possible près du cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
