Small atypical stone house located in the heart of village, with all the charm of Burgundy, including a master bedroom for two adults with possibility of a mezzanine space for two children. The cottage is located close to the Burgundy Canal with its bike route and the Armançon River. Parking is 50 or 100 meters from the cottage, you have the possibility to unload your luggage in front of the cottage without problem (we are waiting for works for a parking at 15 meters).

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
