Holiday rentals with a patio in Bueng Kum

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

We love and enjoy this booking so much. It is the very wonderful condominium and building. Absolutely we would choose it again when back to Bankok again in the future!

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Riinny’s place was exactly what we were looking for, away from all the chaos in the heart of Bangok with access to it, spacious house, clean bathrooms, cosy comfortable beds, and a responsive & polite host, can’t go wrong, plus you’ve a few shops and markets around to explore,thank you for hosting us and looking forward to staying there again in the future :)

10 Days in Bangkok. It is a great place for family. Flexible check out, thank you for let me stay longer on the last day. We will come back next time. only one thing that missing on this accommodation is an iron. hopefully we will get it next time. :)

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.

Very quiet neighborhood and condos! The condo is very clean. 38th FL is a beautiful pool. There is a shortcut to the Siam Paragon, which is very convenience. The security guards were very nice and friendly, greeted me everytime.

Beautiful and spacious this apartment is thoughtfully designed to create a destination in itself, an oasis in the midst of city bustle. There is access to Skytrain and metro within a few mins walk, a calm park and many restaurants and shops. Best of all was our host, Hooray, who was not only endlessly patient with questions but charming and helpful. Book it!
