Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Buena Park

This unit was clean, well appointed and large enough for a family gathering to celebrate a graduation at Chapman University. The location was ideal although there was a bit of noise from neighbors and the freeway however this offset by the reasonable price for a two bedroom .

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our family had an excellent stay at this house! It had all the amenities listed and then some. Very close to Costco and other shopping centers of your preference as well as plenty of awesome restaurants nearby. 5/5 would recommend staying here!

This was our fourth stay at Kenny's place. Kenny is a great host, that takes excellent care of his property. It's a great place, in a great location, at a great price. We love it, and we love being able to call this our home away from home when traveling to the So Cal area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The pool was a perfect temperature — warm enough for both kids and adults to enjoy at any time of day. There were tons of games, toys, and activities for the kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. Highly recommend this place for families! The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with an amazing variety of brand-new appliances — toaster, coffee machine, stove, oven, and a great grill. We ended up using the grill most of the time to cook our meals, which was super convenient. Highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort and fun!

This Airbnb was a perfect base for my visit to Anaheim. The property was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the listing. Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The place is incredible and the views are beautiful!! I highly recommend and am very thankful they are very good host. Everything was clean and you have everything you need.

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
