Bright, clean and cozy 2-level studio (26m2). Down: bathroom, kitchen, living room, comfy sofa, desk by a 3-meter window. Top: comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk. The studio is fully equipped (there's also wifi). It is located in a quiet area next to the Royal Route (the most representative part of Warsaw). Park, shops, restaurants, gym closeby. It's just perfect for: -tourists looking for a starting point for sightseeing -business travelers -people looking for a cozy and quiet place to rest :)

This means quick, convenient access to the city center. Chopin airport is 6 km away (15 minutes taxi or 30 minutes public transport). Self-check-in after 13:00, check-out before 10:00. Nikt Was tu nie podglądnie i nie będzie zakłócał odpoczynku, bo... nikt nie wie, gdzie dokładnie znajduje się nasza tajna baza. To ściśle strzeżony sekret, który powierzamy tylko wtajemniczonym. Nasza działka jest duża, ogrodzona a w sąsiedztwie nie ma innych domów. To Wy zdecydujecie jak spędzicie ten czas w ukryciu.

Cozy cottage in the forest

A charming wooden house for family or a group of friends, located just 45 kilometers from Warsaw (very easy to get to). A quiet neighborhood makes it a true oasis of peace. You can breathe fresh air, take a long walk in the surrounding forests, or go for a bike ride. The interior decorated in a rustic style is exceptionally cozy. In the summer, you can relax on the deck or in the hammock, and in the winter, start a fire in the fireplace and play board games. Pets are welcome! ♥

Piotrkowska apartment in a 19th-century tenement house

Feel the history in a 19th-century urban tenement house located in the back of the city's representative street. The apartment has a space that is fully open with a three-meter height. The interior has a lot of discovered details from that period, along with a beautiful wardrobe probably made in the former Łódź carpentry workshop. I cordially invite you to the art - a space from which it is also close to the former Ramisch factory, i.e. OFF Piotrkowska ..🙂

Charmed with the area we decided to build an unusual apartment in a vacant roof space. The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber.
