The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

We enjoyed our stay at Duncan’s place, the house was clean and well equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing at the property. The visiting pelicans in the morning was a bonus too.

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

For anyone looking to explore Hunter Valley Wine Country I could not recommend this enough! Had absolutely everything we needed for the best long weekend away. The place was spotless and so well stocked, with the loveliest welcome gift. Tamara was so responsive and helpful, I can’t wait to recommend it to all my friends (and come back!)

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

From the start, Mel had been very helpful when I needed to change some details regarding the booking. When we arrived and just as we were looking for a beach spot to bring the kids (the first place we went to were experiencing high tides), I received a message from Mel suggesting The Rockpool to go to. How timely and thoughtful! The place was clean and had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the home and Mel's thoughtfulness definitely added a pleasant personal touch to the stay.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

We spent the Easter long weekend at Ricky's place with extended family. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We used the path across the street to access the lake, which is steep at the start but then lovely and flat for my 4-year-olds to scoot around. It's a 2 minute drive to the shops. We tried a few local beaches but our favourite was Norah Head and the Norah Head rock pool, which is 5 minutes drive away. The only thing to be aware of is that bedroom 4 isn't really a bedroom - it's a little annex/office space between the living area and one of the other bedrooms - it has no door, which meant it wasn't really usable as a bedroom.

We had an amazing stay at Chain Valley bay. The house was everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. Doreen was very easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information in the guest book for things to do. We loved our stay.

We had a great time for 29th wedding anniversary there. Very clean organised and very hospitable place. We relaxed outside sitting area. We could cook for dinner. She has every tools to cook. Beaches are very close. We would like to come back during summer time.

The house is very spacious and in great condition. The owner is very considerate and the details are perfect. There is a private access to the beautiful beach just one minute away. It is also pet-friendly. It is an ideal vacation destination.

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

A slice of heaven with the most stunning view.Perfect spot for our family to bond and spend quality time together with the pool, kayaks, outdoor firepit and fishing. The house was spotless which is always so important to me! Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Wyong itself was not the most appealing of towns. Mingara Club about 15mins drice away had some nice meals options.

We stayed here during the Christmas holiday and had a very quiet and relaxing time. Having a Coles nearby made shopping very convenient. The provided cereals, milk, and seasonings were very helpful. It was wonderful that we could stay with our dog. Thank you so much!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Kevin's immaculate holiday home. Description and photos prepared us for a delightful home and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was very well-equipped, beds were comfy and there was lots of room, so we weren't tripping over each other. Fabulous outdoor area to sit and watch the surf. No swimming at this beach, which didn't worry us as enough fun was had walking and playing in the sand. We would gladly stay in Kevin's home again and highly recommend it. Rosalie

Had a fantastic stay at Steve and Linda’s. The place was very clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need. Felt like a home well looked after. Even had lots of toys and amenities for kids. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere in the area.
