Beachfront holiday rental in Budds Beach

Lovely, comfortable and clean stay. Very close to beach and local cafes/ restaurants.

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

Barnaby was truly amazing! He was very accommodating to me and my little family from beginning to end. He checked in to see if we needed new sheets, which was great. I think the only things that were a tiny downfall was not having a spare clothes rack to dry our clothes and a few bathmats to change over (I used one of our own towels and alternated) and some face washes to wash our daughters face in the shower before bed. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!!

Lana was super lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean on arrival and great location. Pet friendly which was amazing for us as we are traveling with our cat!

Stayed for a week on a birthday trip, had an amazing time! Was close enough to everything to be able to walk, yet private and quiet to enjoy a night in without the hustle and bustle of the city noise! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip

Our stay was great, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house boat was bigger than we expected, and the top floor was breathtaking with views of the calm water, boats and buildings, was beautiful, orange and violet sunrise and sunsets - we just loved it! It was a perfect 3-night holiday to rest and reconnect with family. It was only a short boat ride to cafes and beach. Brett was flexible with our check-in and check out times, and always friendly and helpful. It was a great family holiday just 30 min away from home. The weather was just perfect too! We would love to come back again one day ☀️

beautiful place to stay at. everything is walking distance, it was a lot bigger then the photos. beautiful view and everything was so clean and neat. bed is super comfortable and the view from the bedroom is absolutely gorgeous. definitely will come back on my weekends off. thank you again

The place was our home away from home It was a beautiful place with an excellent view Inside meriton suites so a big advantage of 5 star hotel with a big 2 bedroom suite with a big hall and balcony The view of the river and mountains was to die for and we could see the sunset from our room everyday The place looks like as if it is new and everything was so good We would definitely recommend it for all who are staying in Gold Coast should select this place right at the esplanade walkable to most restaurants and surfers paradise beach

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Perfect place for a vacation in Gold Coast. It’s in the center of Gold Coast. You can see the ocean from the sitting room and the bedroom. It’s close to every where,the beach, cafe, restaurant and grocery store.

Beautiful apartment with incredible view. Stayed with a group of friends for the weekend and enjoyed Nans apartment. Beds were all very comfy and the covered deck was a wonderful place to sit with coffees and relax with the amazing view! The check in process can be a bit confusing so be sure to read the instructions clearly as the key pick up location is not walking distance. The carpark is not suited to a nervous driver (very steep/sharp corners and the available carpark bust be reverse parallel parked into)

I am so happy with where I stayed it was perfect for what I had planned on my visit.

Lovely property, it doesn’t get any better than this with absolutely stunning panoramic views over almost the entire Gold Coast with the large floor to ceiling windows in all rooms. The apartment was very spacious, super clean and modern fit-out in a great location directly opposite the esplanade. The bedding was very clean, and comfortable to sleep in and a bonus was the indoor heated pool and spa on level 33. The host was very responsive, polite and helpful providing additional cot and high chair and accomodating in letting us enter a tad earlier which was welcomed as we were travelling with very young children. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. All in all it was a great travel experience, would definitely recommend this property and would rebook without hesitation.

The place looked nice, was super clean with a nice view and had everything I needed for my stay. Beach and restaurants all in walking distance. The instructions in the app were extremely clear. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such an awesome place to stay. Clean and tidy. Central to everything with an outstanding view from the 54th floor. The indoor swimming pool down on 33rd floor was superb. Simone was more than helpful with instructions on how to get there and get inside. We would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s place. Had everything we needed and more. Very clean place and easy to find. Check in - check out very easy. We messaged the host about something and got an instant reply. Great having a car spot down stairs. We will be back :)

It's a great place to stay. When I arrived, I immediately felt at home. I couldn’t have imagined feeling that way, but it was wonderful. The view from the balcony is amazing — I really loved going there every morning just to relax. The apartment is well-located, very close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed. We experienced Cyclone Alfred during our stay, and Peter was incredibly kind. He offered helpful advice and checked in on us to make sure we were okay. I'm very grateful for everything.

Great apartment. The view was amazing. Very flexible with check in and out ( make sure to contact the host one or two days prior. Furniture was so comfortable. Definitely recommend it

from the moment we walked into the place it was fantastic, like walking into a different world it had everything we needed and then some, the view we had on the night of our stay with an incredible sunset, we were close to everything could walk to the markets and restaurants, everything was clean and tidy bed was huge and comfy, host was so nice and always responsive and the team, we will definitely be back thankyou for such a great little get away

Great host. Great location for family, those who doesn’t want to be right in the middle of night life/ hustle and bustle but still not far away. (In positive way) Just 5 minutes walk to centre. great view from 71th floor. Clean place. Host is very friendly. Quick response. We will definitely go back. See u sooooooooooooon.
