We will definitely be using Isaac’s place whenever we return to the Phoenix area. Quiet neighborhood, all the amenities that you need if you forget something, beautiful pool and relaxing patio area.

My family of four enjoyed staying here. We loved using the pool. We found a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely book this place again.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable. Lots of the basics provided (shampoo, paper towel, etc) which was appreciated over our month stay. Kitchen had lots of utensils and was great for cooking. Quiet neighborhood with a great fenced back yard for our dog. Close to Verrado which offered great dining, close groceries and coffee shops. 15 minutes from the entrance of White Tank Regional Park. We had a few very minor things come up and Michelle was quick to respond and send a friendly handyman. We would definitely come back to stay again.

It is always nice to stay somewhere new that feels welcoming and allows you to relax. Vivian’s home made me think of the Tardis. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious on the inside. The hot water and water pressure are great. Beds are beds couches and seating are very comfortable. The pool is walking distance from the house if you Like to walk and the over all feel made our four hour drive to get there well worth the trip. Would have stayed an additional day if it had not been booked already. Next time I need to stay in Goodyear I will definitely be looking to stay at Vivian’s.

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

Jacob was quick to respond. The house was beautifully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking. We were able to enjoy the pool which was a huge plus. We would definitely come back.

Can’t say enough about this place! The home was comfortable and had everything we need and then some! From a FULLY stocked kitchen to more than enough hangers in the closet, Rene & Louise set their home up beautifully. The back yard pool and patio area was very spacious and private yet offered incredible views of the night sky (even saw a shooting star!) Check in and check out was smooth and communication was prompt and efficient. We will definitely be back!

what a hidden gem! the pictures don't do this place justice! there were so many thoughtful things in place that weren't even in the listing! owners went above and beyond expectations.The bed & linens were incredible, i didn't wanna wake up! Pet-friendly, my lil girl felt right at home.There was even complimentary cold waters, coffee, creamer, wine, snacks, CHOCOLATE! if you forgot toiletries, they had everything covered for that as well! I only needed a safe place to stay the night before heading back from a quick trip, but I'm already planning another visit with this place in mind! I feel terrible that I forgot to write in the guest book,but hopefully this can be printed out and added to their huge book of testimonials! I really am incredibly blown away by this place! it was a last minute quick find after another location canceled last minute on me, but I truly believe it was meant to be. it was like visiting a close relative's home with all the attention to details! loved it!

Wow! Where to start, there is so much to say. Joaquin was a wonderful host from beginning to end. I felt terrible for asking him so many questions, but he responded quickly and answered my questions without hesitation. The house and landscaping is beautiful! I felt so comfortable! Everything was perfect! My family and I will be back! Joaquin went beyond the call of duty. I asked if he could decorate a little section for my grandson’s 5th birthday, he came through. Thank you for everything!

Our stay was amazing! We were out in AZ on business so we were out a lot, and this place made it so easy to wind down. The pool was very relaxing, and the outdoor seating area made for some great late night conversations. Sharif was also very communicative which was nice for when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

We were visiting the area for a week, to attend my son's wedding. So, we wanted our visit to be comfortable and hassle free. It was all of that and then some. We arrived early so we grabbed some lunch at Subway and then went grocery shopping at Fry's. Both of these locations were in close proximity. We used the hot tub in the backyard a couple times and the TV in the livingroom is amazing. The wedding was excellent and we had a good time all in all. We plan on moving to the Greater Phoenix area, so we'll most likely be return customers. If the host will have us.

Highly recommend Gegam’s beautiful home. My family and I just checked out today and let me tell you we felt right at home. We loved how spacious it was to fit our family. Gegam made our vacation home super comfortable and peaceful. The pool was fun and relaxing. This location has lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores that is easy accessible. For anyone who’s looking for a great Airbnb Gegam’s home is phenomenal.

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

The yard was fantastic for traveling with my dogs, and the property is very dog friendly. It was clean, cozy, comfortable with central air, and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again
