Located close to all facilities (trade, market, CE, tram 20m away, metro 800m away) this charming tinyhouse offers all the necessary comforts: living room of 25m2 with equipped kitchen, pleasant living room and plenty of storage, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine) . Upstairs, under the roof (1.50 m), there is a large sleeping area with a king-size bed and 2 single beds for children. The bonus: a private terrace with table and chairs, plancha. Swimming pool access June to September.

The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

Access to the shared pool (10am > 6pm) and heated (May to end of Sep: water temp. 28). Whoopy, our dog, is the guardian of the estate. She wanders around the garden as she pleases. She is visually imposing but she is very nice to our guests who greet her and love her too.
