From the moment you enter, the character of the place shines through: an authentic hairdressing studio with vintage barber chairs and a handcrafted workbench. To the left, the open kitchen centers around a large island — cooking on one side, dining on the other. Straight ahead, a hanging swing adds a playful, unexpected touch. A large yellow sofa invites you to relax, separating the lounge from the workspace. Two dedicated desks and a versatile table let you combine remote work, creative projects, and shared meals with ease. Music is part of the atmosphere thanks to a ready-to-use amplifier. A beautiful bookshelf awaits your curiosity <3 please return books to their place after reading. Behind a discreet “western” style door lies the bedroom: a bright, cozy retreat with direct access to the terrace, shared with the living room. A full-height mirrored wall conceals the bathroom, complete with a shower, spacious bathtub, and all modern comforts. A singular, warm, and inspiring place — where every space has a story to tell.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, you have the apartment completely at your disposal. The bedroom has a double door that separates it from the living room. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 people. If you book for only 2 people and do not share the bed in the bedroom, you must report this during your reservation. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities to use during your stay. There is also a small terrace in the apartment, but it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside! There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet at the entrance of the apartment.

You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated by myself, located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live on the ground floor. No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and, above all, very quiet like the house. Ideal for intellectual profession.
