El sotaplón

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We have been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the attic of our own house. As we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, as we have always liked the idea of being able to accommodate people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, at the back the bathroom. On the top floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always there for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are travelling with more ask me before!!

Welcome to El Olivo, a unique house designed in detail to offer an unforgettable rest experience. Every corner has been thoughtfully and stylishly designed: clean lines, natural materials and a meticulous aesthetic that combines comfort and elegance. Enjoy its private pool, garden with natural grass and spacious spaces full of light. Although it is in the heart of the village, the house offers absolute tranquility, perfect for disconnecting from the daily rhythm and reconnecting.

Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Perfect place with private pool ideal for couples/small family and digital nomads. Pool: 12m pool available from June 1st till end of September. The house is new and well furnished, it has one double bedroom with beautiful sights, large living room with american kitchen, bathroom and washing room. Also, you will be able to enjoy your own garden! *High speed internet and aircon* The area is very quiet, lakes and different paths for hiking. Very near El Escorial.

Garden, swimming pool, nearby natural areas for cycling or hiking. A few minutes' drive from Las Rozas Village, Ciudad Fin. Santander, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Madrid Moncloa, Arguelles-city centre, UAX, Fran de Vitoria, U.Europea. A car is absolutely necessary and consider that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

Duplex directly facing a quiet square in Brunete (near Madrid). Perfectly equipped for 4 people. Ground level: 30 m² living room, equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet. In the basement, master bedroom with smart TV. An internal staircase leads to the enclosed master bedroom. The apartment may not be suitable for young children due to the internal staircase. Parking is easy and free in the streets around the apartment. There is no private parking space.

If you come to Madrid or the surrounding area, this is an excellent loft, 70 square meters, with access to the independent house. Spacious and modern. The loft has a double room with dressing room mode suite, with a window that fills the space with light. Totally equipped and functional. The dining room is very spacious, it has a sofa bed, like chaislelongue. It has a bathroom and a kitchen, both fully equipped. It has a study room and a laundry room.

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
