This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Downstairs, there is the master queen bedroom and bathroom with a large shower and closet. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and is open to the cozy living room and dining area, and there is a half-bathroom downstairs. The upstairs has a bunk room with 2 bunks, a bedroom with a double bed & a full bathroom. There's also a fire pit to enjoy!
