A great adventure basecamp for boaters, anglers, kayakers, and Jones Beach OR the kite boarding destination is at the eastern part of the island.

Relax and soak in the views at this tranquil River front getaway on the banks of the beautiful Columbia River! The Chinook is a small, cozy 100 year old renovated house nestled in amongst the trees! Activities include walking the beach, swimming, fishing, hiking, games, hammocks, cannery tours etc. The beach approach is shared with the Coho Cabin located 100 yards away with wooded area in between. 3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!
